Where can we see your products?

Our Head Office & Showroom is in Evesham, Worcestershire or you can find our London Showcase at the Design Centre, at Chelsea Harbour.

Delivery & Returns

What are your expected lead times?

We typically allow 6-8 weeks for a full order. Always contact us if you are working to a deadline and we will try to accommodate where possible.

Polished Brass Unlacquered (PBUL) products may only take 4-5 weeks, with all other finishes taking slightly longer.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping & regularly deliver to North America, Europe, Asia & the Middle-East.

What are your delivery costs?

For UK & Northern Ireland:

  • £9.95 for orders under £175.
  • FREE delivery over £175.

For international deliveries:

  • We will quote a cost at the time of ordering, to ensure we get the best value for each customer.


Can I cancel an order?

All our products are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable.

However, if your order has not yet started production, we will do our best to provide a refund.

If you need to cancel, please email sales@henryblakehardware.co.uk as soon as you can.

Can I get my order any quicker?

We work on a 6-8 week timeline for orders.

Certain products may be available a lot sooner, depending on quantity & finish. Contact sales@henryblakehardware.co.uk if you have a specific product enquiry.

What is your returns policy?

All our products are made-to-order and therefore non-returnable, unless faulty.

How can I return my items?

Please email sales@henryblakehardware to report any faulty items, we will then arrange a refund or replacement along with a collection for the faulty items.

How are import taxes or duties handled?

For international orders, you will be charged any relevant local tax and duties directly through our courier (usually DHL). Once paid, goods will be released to you.


What's the difference between lacquered and unlacquered products?

A lacquered product has a clear coating applied to protect the product surface from the surrounding environment. The job of a lacquer is to maintain the product's "factory colour" throughout its life.

An unlacquered product allows for a graceful aging process to occur, which form a unique & timeless patina; typically resulting in a more antique aesthetic.

What is a plated finish?

Plated finishes are our most durable type of finish, often achieving a minimalist appeal through the use of silvery tones in Chrome and Nickel.

Our Matte Black utilises a Chroming process, which makes it one of our most durable finishes.

Do you warranty your finishes?

Our Plated Finishes carry a 12-month warranty.

Which finish is recommended for high-usage areas?

All of our finishes are suitable for high-usage areas like kitchens or entry doors, but please note that the aging process of unlacquered products will be accelerated in these areas.

I live near the ocean, will this affect my finish?

We generally recommend plated finishes for environments that experience more extreme weather or exposure to the elements.


Can I set up a Trade Account?

Please fill in our Trade Account Application Form and a member of our team will confirm it on an email.

We are happy to offer Trade Accounts to Interior Designers, Architects, Joiners, Kitchen Designers & Project Managers.

Do you offer a discount to Trade?

We do - Once your Trade Account has been approved, a member of our team will be in touch with your discount confirmation.


Do you keep stock of any products?

We keep a small amount of Polished Brass Unlacquered (PBUL) stock of our popular product lines. This allows us to easily re-finish products and reduce lead times.

Do you offer a sample service?

We do. Samples are available in Polished Brass Unlacquered (PBUL) where a deposit is required before we can dispatch.

This deposit will then be fully refunded upon safe return of the sample(s).

Do you offer finished samples?

If required, we can offer finished samples but these cannot be returned.

We recommend a PBUL sample product accompanied by a sample finish swatch.

How should I clean my products?

For full care and maintenance, please refer to our finishes page.

Will I need to purchase fittings separately?

All of our products are supplied with fixing bolts & screws.

Any face-fixed products where screws are visible will be supplied in a matching finish.

Can I see a sample of your finishes?

Our finish samples can be requested online.

We aim to ship these within 1-3 business days.

Do you have any presentation material?

A complete sample finish set can be requested online.
