The Ando Collection takes its name from Tadao Ando, the Japanese architect known for his rigorous use of raw concrete, precise geometric forms and a design philosophy that strips away the unnecessary to find the essential. The collection applies that thinking to hardware: square-section bar handles, a square cabinet knob, a lever handle on backplate and a bathroom turn and release, all built from right angles and flat planes with no decorative addition. The result is hardware that suits contemporary, industrial and minimalist interiors, and that works as a full specification across cabinet, door and bathroom hardware in the same scheme.
The Ando is photographed in Polished Chrome and Graphite Lacquered but is available across all 16 hand-applied finishes. All products are made from solid brass, hand-finished in the Midlands, and made to order. Custom sizes available on request.
