Who can apply for a trade account?
We are happy to offer trade accounts to Interior Designers, Architects, Joiners, Kitchen Manufacturers and industry Project Managers.
I'm not based in the UK, can I apply for a trade account?
Yes - we accept Trade Accounts internationally.
If we have an official Henry Blake distributor in your region, we may refer your enquiry to them instead.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No, we do not.
How does your discount work?
You will receive a set percentage off our retail price list. For large quantity orders, we recommend getting in touch with our sales team by emailing sales@henryblakehardware.co.uk or calling +44 (0) 1386 483 26.
What are your expected lead times?
We typically allow 8 - 10 weeks for a full order. Always contact us if you are working to a deadline and we will try to accommodate where possible.
Polished Brass Unlacquered (PBUL) products may only take 4-5 weeks, with all other finishes taking slightly longer.
Do you offer sample finish swatches?
We offer approved trade account customers three samples swatches free of charge to confirm the finish of their project.
Any additional swatches can be ordered online on our 'Order a Finish Sample' page.
Do you offer sample products?
We do. Sample products can be ordered in Polished Brass Unlacquered (PBUL) which will then be fully refunded upon safe return of the sample(s).
