Sample products can be ordered in Polished Brass Unlacquered (PBUL) and can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or to use with a future order.
Lead times can vary between 1 - 4 weeks, depending on existing stock levels.
Finished samples are available, but are non-returnable.

Living Finishes are designed to change their appearance over time to form a unique & sophisticated patina. Frequent handling of the product will hasten this process & lead to a more natural aesthetic.
We recommend the occasional application of beeswax to help prolong the original finish & enhance the appearance.

Lacquered Finishes
Lacquered Finishes are therefore designed to conserve their original finish & appearance as the Lacquer acts as a protective barrier to keep the oxidation process from affecting the underlying product.
To care for this finish, we recommend occasional cleaning with a damp cloth & mild soapy water, then a gentle application of a good wax polish.

Plated Finishes
Plated Finishes are our most durable finishes. Nickel & Chrome help to create a minimalistic aesthetic and are often the best choice for very high usage areas.
Plated Finishes require the least amount of maintenance, however when cleaned, we recommend using a damp cloth with very mild soapy water. Plated Finishes also come with a 12-month warranty.
