From initial samples to last-minute swaps, Henry Blake Hardware’s customer service supports you at every stage
Tactile and beautiful, hard-working and practical: ironmongery is an essential finishing touch in every interior. Yet specifying and scheduling pulls, knobs, handles and hinges is technical and time-consuming. Let’s be honest – it can be hard to get it right. Which is why we offer a personal service to every client.
Your hardware schedule: step by step
Whether yours is a simple, one-off order or a complex specification, we’ll guide you through the entire process from start to finish for a streamlined and efficient solution.
We’ll help you choose the perfect hardware, on budget, delivered to site on time, with technical support when you need it.
Let’s look at a typical process for a large-scale project:
- We start by discussing your design intent and project needs with you, either over the phone or in person. We’ll bring our in-depth knowledge and expertise to help you make the most appropriate choices, in terms of both function and appearance.
-
When you’ve made an initial selection, we’ll send you product samples and finish swatches. We’ll also discuss pricing options, to help you keep your budget on track. If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for in our core range, we can customise or work with you to make bespoke pieces.
- We’ll contact your contractors to introduce ourselves, and let them know how we can help with technical information.
- Once you’ve made your final choices, we’ll prepare an itemised ironmongery schedule, so you can see exactly what will go where.
- We’ll monitor lead times and production capacity to ensure all your items are supplied on time, keeping you updated as necessary.
- To make delivery to site as simple as possible, we’ll make up individual door packs and label them according to the ironmongery schedule.
- We’ll check in with you to make sure everything was received and satisfactory.
- Last-minute changes happen. We understand, and we’ll deal with them swiftly.
